How do credits work?

What are credits?

Credits are the currency used within Journalist AI to generate content. Each credit typically corresponds to one standard article.

Types of Credits

• Monthly Subscription Credits: These are included in your subscription plan and renew every month. Any unused credits expire at the end of the month and do not roll over.
• Pay-As-You-Go Credits: These credits can be purchased separately and do not expire, providing more flexibility if you need additional credits beyond your monthly subscription.

Articles Cost

• Standard Article: 1 Credit
• Very Large Article: +1 Extra Credit (18-22 Headings)

Keyword monitor Feature

Refreshing the keywords costs 1 credit. This doesn’t need to be done daily but should be refreshed periodically (e.g., every 2 weeks) to keep your keyword strategy up-to-date.

Purchasing Additional Credits

Monthly credits are always spent first. Topup credits are only used after.

If you run out of credits, you can easily purchase more:

• Monthly Subscription Plan: Upgrade your plan to include more monthly credits.
• Pay-As-You-Go: Buy additional credits as needed, which do not expire.
