Automatic Syndication

Automatic syndication is the process where your blog posts are automatically shared on your connected social media accounts as soon as they are published on your website.

Connecting a Facebook page

Every time a new article is published on your website, it is automatically shared to your Facebook page.

Connecting a Twitter (X) account

Every time a new article is published on your website, it is automatically shared to your Twitter/X account.

Steps to set up:

1. Click on “Social Media Automation” in the dashboard.
2. Add a new social media connection.
3. Give the connection a name.
4. Select which social media platform you want to connect (e.g., Facebook, X).
5. Connect your social media account to Journalist AI.
6. Select the specific Facebook page (or other social media pages) where you want to share the articles.
7. Select the integration (e.g., WordPress) you want your social media connected to.
8. Configure the syndication frequency (This frequency setting determines how often new posts are syndicated to your social media).
9. Finish the process by clicking "Save".

To check the articles that were shared to your social media, click on "Shares" to view the history and status of shared posts.
