Edit an article with AI

Instructions to follow


  1. On the dashboard, click on “All Articles” to view the list of articles you have.
  2. From the list, select the article you want to revise.
  3. Once the article is open, click on “Create Revision”.
  4. Highlight the part of the article you wish to edit.
  5. After selecting the text, you will see two main options: “Rewrite” and “Add Keywords.”

Rewriting Options


  • Simplify: Simplifies the selected text.
  • Rewrite: Completely rewrites the selected text.
  • Make Longer: Extends the selected text.
  • Make Shorter: Shortens the selected text.
  • Custom Edit: Allows you to enter a prompt for the AI to follow specific instructions (e.g., adding specific content).
  • Make List: Converts the selected text into a bullet point list highlighting the key points.
  • Make Table: Transforms the selected text into a table format.

Adding Keywords


  1. Click on “Add Keywords.”
  2. Type the desired keywords you want to include in the selected text.

Adding Links


  • External Links: The AI will crawl the web to find relevant external links and present several options based on the selected text.
  • Internal Links:The AI will search for relevant internal links within your website and provide options.

Reviewing Changes


  1. The AI will provide a preview of the changes based on your selections and inputs.
  2. You can either accept the changes by clicking “Accept” or reject them by clicking “Discard.”
