The Knowledge Base is a repository feature where you can store, organize, and access information that helps tailor content to match your brand’s unique voice and style. It supports various types of assets, including websites, documents, and plain text which the AI uses to generate more accurate and brand-specific content.

Setting Up the Knowledge Base

  1. Access the Knowledge base Section.
  2. Create a New Knowledge base.
  3. Confirm Creation.

Adding Assets

  1. Click on ‘Add Asset’ within your knowledge base profile.

  2. Choose the type of asset you want to add. Currently, you can add:

    • Websites - Enter the URL and any specific details about the site.
    • PDF documents - Upload files that include information about your company.
    • Plain text - Type in relevant text about your brand.
    • Youtube channel - We’ll crawl the channel and upload all the videos to the asset.
  3. Click ‘Add Asset’ to include the asset in your brand profile.

Using the Knowledge Base

  1. When generating articles, navigate to the ‘Knowledge’ tab.
  2. Select the knowledge base you created.
  3. Proceed with article generation. The AI will incorporate information from your website and other assets, making the content more aligned with your brand.

For example, if your brand is a go-karting business, the AI will produce content that reflects the specific language, tone, and context found on your site and documents, rather than generic information about go-karting.

Regular Updates - Frequently update your assets to ensure the AI has the latest information about your brand.

Comprehensive Assets - Provide a wide range of assets, including text and documents, to give the AI a robust understanding of your brand.

Consistent Review - Regularly review the generated content to ensure it aligns with your brand voice and make adjustments to your assets as needed.


Troubleshooting

Access Issues - Make sure you have an active business plan subscription to access and edit the Knowledge Base.

Content Accuracy - If the generated content does not align with your brand, check the assets you have provided and update them with more relevant information.
